Consultation request FAQ
Is the initial assessment binding?
No. The initial assessment explains your legal position and the options available, and the decision is yours. You are not committed to anything unless you sign a written fee agreement.
Who reviews my request?
The Kawkaba Law Firm & Legal Consultations team reviews it, and your matter is handled by lawyers licensed by the Ministry of Justice.
When will the firm contact me?
During business hours, Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Requests sent outside these hours are reviewed at the start of the next working day.
Are my details and case information confidential?
Yes. All information is covered by legal professional confidentiality, is not shared with anyone without your permission, and is handled under our privacy policy.
How are fees set?
Fees are set once the matter and scope of work are clear, and are written into a clear agreement before starting. No work begins without your approval.
I am outside Jeddah. Can you help me?
Yes. Our office is in Jeddah and we represent individuals and companies in Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah and the rest of Saudi Arabia, in person or remotely.
Do you work with individuals or companies?
Both: individuals in financial claims, real estate, cybercrime and criminal matters, inheritance, family and compensation, and businesses in commercial cases, debt recovery, contracts, formation, trademarks and arbitration.
What should I write in the request?
Write a short account of what happened in order with the key dates, the other party (a person, a company or an authority), what is claimed by or from you, and any close deadline such as a hearing or objection period. Do not include passwords or bank details.
Do I need to attach documents to the request?
No. A short description in the form is enough, and the lawyer asks for any documents needed when contacting you.
